Because Jenny and Sumit’s 90 day boyfriend storyline is just the worst

There is no better example than the last episode, where Sumit and Jenny finally talked to a lawyer about their options for marriage. The two learned of a legal means of tying the knot that would keep Jenny in the country and, more importantly, prevent Sumit’s family from having compelling reasons to oppose the marriage. It seemed that this story might finally come to an adequate conclusion, but obviously it wasn’t that simple.
