How to solve the problem
Microsoft has therefore released a fix that involves disabling activities.
Right-click the Windows 10 Start button and select Windows PowerShell (Administrator).
In the meantime, copy and paste the following command into Windows PowerShell and hit Enter.

If you see activities listed in the results presented by PowerShell, take note of them.
Then, log into the Windows Task Scheduler and disable any tasks you find from the command above. Follow these steps:
In the Windows 10 search box, type Task Scheduler and then open Task Scheduler application.
Find the activity in the (HP Customer Participation) window or any other activity displayed in the Windows PowerShell results.
Right-click the task and select Disable.
