The official YouTube channel for DMM images has revealed a new trailer for the original anime Soukou Musume Senki, which has also confirmed the premiere date. The series will arrive on January 6, 2021 and will be animated by Studio A-Cat in collaboration with the company Level 5.
Keitaro Motonaga will direct the anime, Go Sakabe will make the soundtrack, while Yasuyuki Muto will complete the production team in charge of the scripts. Among the seiyuu are Rikako Aida who plays Riko, Rie Murakawa as Yui, Saori Oonishi who voices Kyouka and Ayaka Fukuhara as Miharu.
Synopsis of Soukou Musume Senki
The story is based on the Sōkō Musume Mizel Rem Crisis video game. A world where a children’s video game has ended up developing military technology that keeps humanity in suspense. At the same time, the governments of the world are developing the “Little Battle Counter System” project to deal with terrorists.
