Boris Becker (52) didn’t find this Oliver Pocher (42) line funny at all – and is now taking legal action against the comedian. About two weeks ago Becker Pocher went to his RTL show “Pocher – dangerously honest!” on the glue. Becker received the Fashion Brand Award from the Pochers TV team. Simply stupid: the prize was invented. And Becker? He accepted the award and thanked him in detail in a video link.
Boris Becker’s lawyer is now calling for a “punishable injunction”, reports the German “Bild”. It means that Pocher would have to delete contributions and recorded material for them – to date.

If not, Pocher could face a five-figure damage claim. In addition, there are further complaints for violation of the right to own image, as well as for insult. Additionally, Becker’s “Boris Becker Style” fashion label is said to have been damaged by the campaign.

Oliver Pocher told Bild: “I would have liked a more amusing reaction in the spirit of the matter.” But it can also handle the current situation well.
Samy Hammad (50), Boris Becker’s attorney, said: “I will watch how the tightrope walker between humor and insolence develops with Mr. Pocher and I can’t rule out that my client still reacts creatively.” (paf)
