It will be exchanged again: in 2021 the eighth season of “Sing my song – The exchange concert” will take place. And this time there are two Swiss stars, as the TV station VOX now reveals.
Stefanie Heinzmann (31) is already familiar with the Swiss version of the format. Over and over he amazed his colleagues and provided a tear or two with his soulful insoles. Now it will show our neighbors what it can do. With her is also Switzerland’s biggest Eurodance star: DJ Bobo (52).
Johannes Oerding is the new host
There is no lack of musical diversity in the eighth season. From pop to eurodance to German rap and reggae, there is everything. In addition to the two Swiss, Mighty Oaks frontman Ian Hooper (27), singer-songwriter Joris (30), rapper Nura (31) and reggae star Gentleman (45) set the mood.
They were invited by the host Johannes Oerding (38). He takes over this role from Michael Patrick Kelly (42) and is looking forward to it. “I’m really excited because the people we have with us this year are great artists, they are very colorful musical styles that we have on the couch and exciting stories,” enthuses Oerding.
“Sing mein Song” will probably take place in Germany
Due to the current situation, the TV show will not be shot abroad for the first time. “Due to Corona’s current situation, filming of ‘Sing my Song – The Exchange Concert’ season eight will likely take place for the first time in Germany early next year,” the statement said. (bsn)
