They literally did EVERYTHING this Sunday (8)! In addition to presenting the MTV Europe Music Awards, the Little Mix girls gave the real official name with a flawless and dancing performance for the single “Sweet Melody”, which is part of the new album “Confetti”. Additionally, the female band was nominated in important award categories: “Best Artist in the UK and Ireland”, “Best Virtual Live”, “Best Group” and “Best Pop Artist”.

Unfortunately, due to health problems, Jesy Nelson did not attend the awards ceremony. But Jade, Leigh-Anne and Perrie sweat even more to deliver an incredible performance to the fans! With a virtual setting inspired by the video game “Mortal Kombat”, the artists sang live and danced A LOT, with the right to a “break” of choreography to leave us breathless just watching. Come and see!

Singing fans couldn’t be happier! 2020, despite the coronavirus pandemic, is a lot of work and important milestones for Little Mix. To give you an idea, the album “Confetti”, released last Friday (6), managed to mark all the songs in Spotify’s “Top 100” in the UK. The “Sweet Melody” video collects more than 22 million views on YouTube.

The job is the sixth of the girls’ career and marks a very special moment in their history. The album is the first released after the expiration of the contract with Simon Cowell’s record label, Syco. This time the girls celebrate a phase with greater autonomy and artistic freedom.

“Confetti” brings strong references to the sounds that were successful in the 80s and 2000s, but obviously with a makeover for today’s pop. And don’t stop there! The singers, in addition to having devastated the British talent show “The Search”, will also promote “LM5: The Tour Film”, the record of the group’s last tour. The launch takes place on 21 and 22 November in theaters abroad. Unfortunately there is still no information on the debut in Brazil.
