Easy chocolate ice cream cake with dulce de leche

- Chocolate biscuits: 300 grams;
- Chopped medium dark chocolate: 300 grams;
- Dulce de leche: 300 grams;
- Butter at room temperature: 100 grams;
- Fresh cream: 350 grams;
- Chocolate chips to decorate.
Preparation:
1. Put the cookies in the food processor or blender and chop them well.
2. Then add the butter and beat again until the flour is moist.
3. Line a 23 cm diameter pan with a removable bottom with cookie dough.
4. Bring to the preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the dough cool.
5. Prepare the filling: Place the chopped chocolate and cream in a medium glass container and microwave for 2 minutes on medium power or in a double boiler until melted.
