When Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War releases in this country next week, German players needn’t fear any cuts. As Activision has now officially announced, the shooter appears intact in Germany and with a USK approval for 18 years.

According to a press release, all the components of the game, namely the campaign, multiplayer and zombie modes, are identical to the international version. Optionally an English language version is also available in the German version.

No more cuts in CoD games for a long time

The news isn’t really surprising. Because the Call of Duty games in this country had already appeared in recent years uncut and with a rating of 18.

However, this was not always the case: In some older games like Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare or Call of Duty: Black Ops, for example, scissors were used, although sometimes it was just details in the scenes.
