The Google Pixel 5 smartphone will activate this feature when it is charged

A support document released by Google in the US states that your smartphone or Pixel 5 will automatically activate a certain function when this phone is connected to a charger. Also, the function can be disabled by itself.

Smartphones with reverse wireless charging capability appear nowadays. This means that users will be able to use their Google phones to wirelessly charge another device that supports wireless charging, such as a smartphone or wireless headset, which is a pretty useful feature.

However, according to 9to5Google, a support document for the Google Pixel 5 smartphone has been discovered. That document revealed that this smartphone automatically turns on reverse wireless charging when connected to a charger.

This feature will activate when it detects that the Pixel 5 is charged. The feature is smart enough to turn off when it detects that electricity is not in use.

This means that users can connect their Google Pixel 5 smartphone to charge and use the reverse wireless charging feature, without having to go into settings.

That said, the reverse wireless charging of the Google Pixel 5 smartphone is very slow in its current state compared to a dedicated wireless charger or a wired charger.
