DAZN announced Wednesday that it will expand to more than 200 countries and territories starting December 1, with the sports streaming service showcasing some of boxing’s biggest names on consecutive weekends.

On Saturday 5th December, rising star Ryan Garcia meets 2012 Olympic gold medalist Luke Campbell for the WBC interim lightweight title. A week later, unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua defends his IBF, WBA (super) and WBO titles against mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev at London’s O2. To ensure maximum crowds, both major events will start around midnight GMT / 7pm ET / 4pm PT.

“From the UK to Mexico to Australia, we have seen an encouraging level of interest in our key events since their first launch in 2016,” said Joseph Markowski, EVP at DAZN. “We look forward to introducing the DAZN platform around the world this December with an exciting fighting schedule.”

Garcia (20-0, 17 KOs), fresh from consecutive first round wins over Romero Duno and Francisco Fonseca, looks to continue climbing the ranks in his quest for his first world title in his toughest test to date. Campbell (20-3, 16 KOs), meanwhile, will try to get back on track after losing a competitive decision to former unified champion Vasiliy Lomachenko in August 2019.

Joshua (23-1, 20 KOs) returns to make the first defense of his belts since regaining them in December when he won a lopsided decision over Andy Ruiz Jr. to become a two-time unified heavyweight champion. Joshua will return to the ring in his native country for the first time since his seventh round TKO win against Alexander Povetkin in September 2018.

Pulev (28-1, 14 KOs) earned the title, ranked the No. 1 from the IBF. The 38-year-old has another chance to become a heavyweight champion. He passed away in November 2014, losing by KO in the fifth round to Wladimir Klitschko. Having suffered the only loss of his career, Pulev has moved up the ladder in the title contention by winning eight consecutive fights.

Garcia vs. Campbell will not be available on DAZN in Poland. Joshua vs Pulev will not be on DAZN in the UK or Ireland, but will be available through a national broadcaster.

The starting monthly price for new markets will be £ 1.99 or less.

Upon launch, DAZN’s global platform will feature not only back-to-back fight weekends, but also an ever-growing archive of classic fights, athlete features, and a host of original programs including 40 DAYS, Saturday Fight Live. and ONE NIGHT. Additional sports and programming will be added in 2021.

The DAZN app will be available globally on most internet-connected devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, PCs and living room devices such as smart TVs, streaming sticks and game consoles.
