A prominent figure in the FinTech industry, Ms. Tessler focuses her practice on the representation of digital asset trading platforms, blockchain technology companies, financial services companies and leaders of cryptocurrency funds. Ms. Tessler advises registered SEC technology companies and exempts token blockchain offerings and advises financial institutions on digital asset trading, securities issues, private placement agent and custody requirements, cross-border regulatory issues, requirements of monetary services and regulatory investigations FINRA and SEC.
