Ripple CEO responds to Joseph Lubin's letter to the staff; states the Ripple approach

On December 6, Brad Garlinghouse, the chief executive officer of the main Fintech blockchain, Ripple, replied to one of the old letters sent by Joseph Lubin to his company, ConsenSys, at the start of this year. Here, the founder of ConsenSys had worked out the desired change in strategy and business infrastructure to stimulate growth. For this, Garlinghouse on Twitter wrote:

"Interesting to read about the change of strategy in progress @ConsenSys; 2019 is cutting the nearly 50 spokes of the company to try to find a lane to follow".

He continued with the series of tweets and said that institutions are driven by capitalism and rarely work without discipline. In his words:

"Unruly capitalism rarely has power, it has never been" enough to show "it was never" enough to do something cool ", it was never" enough to make a splash "."

The leader went on to talk about his own company, Ripple, in which he conveyed that blockchain experiments conducted in space were not the same as a business model. As for Garlinghouse, this is the approach behind Ripple's focus on technology use cases from the start. He also touted that the approach is instrumental in solving real problems for real customers.

It has also been established several times that Ripple leaders believe in working with systems – regulations and infrastructure – is a key approach to bringing change and promoting adoption. At the beginning of this year, in an interview with CNBC Fast Money, Garlinghouse spoke about the encryption and the blockchain where he said:

"It is incredibly important that the whole industry recognizes that we have to work with regulators, we have to work with the system.The blockchain revolution is taking place inside the system and it will not happen outside the system."
