Internet payment system, Skrill has recently announced that it has added XRP to its list of supported cryptocurrencies. As reported by the company, they have made the decision to add XRP based on a list of requests from the owners of the second largest cryptocurrency on the market.
On November 27th the company published the original announcement on its official Twitter page Message reads: "We are very pleased to announce that XRP has been added to the list of cryptocurrencies that you can buy and sell with Skrill.Thanks to all those who asked about Ripple.It's here!" Later, the message also invited users to register on their platform by providing direct connection.
The company had previously confirmed that it already offers trading on four major market cryptocurrencies on their platform. Currently the digital currencies available on the platform include: Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ethereum (ETH) and Litecoin (LTC). And so, the recent addition of XRP makes it the fifth officially listed cryptocurrency on Skrill.
