Dakahlia’s Doctors Syndicate announced the death of Dr. Majed Mikhail, an internal medicine consultant at Talkha Central Hospital, following his infection with the Corona virus, 48 ​​hours after the death of Dr. Ahmed Al-Baz, consultant of internal medicine and former director of the Al-Geneina unit, with the same virus.
Dr Osama Al-Shahat, head of the Dakahlia Doctors Syndicate, confirmed that “Mikhail” is the 45th martyr of the medical martyrs of Dakahlia in the face of the Corona virus Covid 19.

Al-Shahat said, in statements to Al-Masry Al-Youm, that Dr. Majed Mikhail was detained in Mansoura’s Al-Sadr hospital after his infection with the Coronavirus due to his poor condition and died in it. after his health deteriorated, days after his wife died of her infection with the virus.

“The name of the martyr doctor was included in the list of honor he drew up for the martyrs of duty after the Corona pandemic,” he added, to remember the names of the medical martyrs of national duty in the battle of Corona.

Underlining the need to adhere to the application of precautionary measures to prevent the Corona virus for the masses of citizens in general and for medical teams in particular.
