3 things you should do to keep your conversations secret

WhatsApp is the most used instant communication tool in the world and, despite its limitations, its success has not changed places.

WhatsApp functions to protect chats

Enable double verification

If in your plans you do not want anyone to be able to enter your chats, then you can activate WhatsApp double verification.

To activate it you must:

• Open the WhatsApp settings
• Press Account> 2-Step Verification> Activate
• Enter a six-digit PIN and confirm it
• Add an email address you have access to or tap Skip if you don’t want to add this address.
• Click Next
• Confirm the e-mail address and press Save or Ok

Delete preview

Many times without entering WhatsApp you can see who and what they wrote to you via mobile phone notifications.

If you don’t want anyone to see the content of the message you can disable the preview with the following step by step:

• Open the WhatsApp settings
• Go to Notifications and from there turn off the Preview option

Customize the tone

If you disable notifications, but at the same time want to know who is writing to you, you can customize the tone of your notifications.

For this you must:

• Log into that person’s chat
• Open the Custom Ringtone option
• Select the tone you prefer
• Press Save
