120Hz 2K screen, 108MP camera, equal narrow edges

Another day and another escape for the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, this time with the emphasis on the screen. It seems that we will receive a display with a generous resolution, but that we will also offer it to 120 Hz refresh rate, thanks to an LTPO panel.

The source is Ice universe, which states that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will have a screen with WQHD resolution, LTPO panel e 120 Hz refresh rate. The S21 series had 120Hz at Full HD + resolution only. The new flagship has support for 45W charging and not 65 W as I had once heard, but also a 108 MP main hall with Samsung HM3 sensor. The screen has very narrow edges, but their dimensions are almost the same on all 4 sides, for symmetry.

I remind you that the series Galaxy S21 is scheduled for January 14 and includes an S21 and an S21 +. I also heard details on the 108MP main camera with HM3 sensor, along with two telephoto lenses and an ultrawide camera, as well as a laser rangefinder. Samsung’s new sensor would be 12% more sensitive to light. Samsung has also decided to ditch the ToF sensor on the S20 Ultra, in favor of a laser rangefinder in the style of the Note 20 Ultra.

We are waiting for AMOLED screens on board the S21 models, Snapdragon 875 or Exynos 1080/2100 processors, plus 8, 12 or even 16 GB of RAM. The selfie cameras remain unique and cut into the screen, center up. On November 6, Ice Universe called the S21 Ultra a “slightly improved S20 Ultra”. I saw its renders good weeks ago and the camera looks even bulkier and larger than the S20 Ultra.
