A new study has revealed that dietary supplements help prevent cancer, and the most popular supplement is curcumin.
Indian curcumin is a very useful supplement when it comes to fighting cancer.

Several studies have shown its ability to help kill cancer cells and slow tumor growth.

Healthline said curcumin’s cancer prevention benefits include preventing cancer cells from multiplying.

He added: “Curcumin helps kill colon, breast, prostate and skin cancer cells and has been shown to slow tumor growth.”

Research has shown lower rates of some cancers in countries where people eat more curcumin, according to Cancer Research UK.

The health site continued: “This is at curcumin levels of around 100mg to 200mg per day for long periods of time.”

And some laboratory studies on cancer cells have shown that curcumin has anti-cancer effects, appears to be able to kill cancer cells and prevent further growth, has the best effects on breast cancer, bowel cancer, cancer stomach and skin cancer cells.

In a study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, the role of curcumin in helping prevent cancer was investigated.

“People have been quietly consuming turmeric, an important ingredient in Indian curry, for centuries,” the study said.

He added: “Researchers began studying the spice’s anti-cancer properties after epidemiological studies reported a 10 to 50 percent decrease in the incidence of certain cancers in India.”
