What world leaders haven’t celebrated Joe Biden?

After reaching 270 delegates in the US presidential election, Democrat candidate Joe Biden became the new president of the United States. While leaders and officials from many countries around the world sent a congratulatory message to Biden, some leaders said it was too early to congratulate.

Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said it is too early to congratulate Biden and that he will wait for all legal issues in the US elections to be resolved.
