Donald Trump has offered a new agreement to the Democrats on immigration to unlock the construction of the wall on the Mexican border and end the budget stalemate that has partially closed the US administration.
In a White House speech, Trump promised to protect the country's 700,000 dreamers (children of illegal immigrants who entered the United States with their parents) for three years in exchange for a budget of $ 5.7 billion (about five billions of euros) for the construction of the border wall in the "high priority" sites.
