The general secretary of the League of Arab States, the ambassador Ahmed Aboul Gheit, said that Libya was divided into three regions, namely "Tripoli, Benghazi and Fezan" in the south, and after the occupation British in 1943 was unified in the form of a state.

Aboul Gheit added that foreign interference in the internal affairs of any country has a devastating effect, emphasizing that former Libyan leader Moamer Gaddafi has committed serious errors that have pushed some Arab parties not to support him in 2011 .

He said that "the international parties and the Western world wanted in particular to get rid of the rule in Libya, which took place in 2011, he said.

He added that "the announcement of the Libyan air force in 2012 is very similar to what happened in Bosnia, noting that it led to the entry of arms illegally.

Aboul Gheit told a similar story in Libya after the ban, which was found in a container with 20,000 guns and thousands of automatic rifles from Turkey or other arms suppliers, pointing out that some decisions issued by the international community are motivated by international forces, and aims to manage the conspiracies of the Arab countries.
