The price of Ripple (XRP / USD) has secured a seemingly stable position above the $ 0.46 mark after a rather nervous Sunday trading session, but ultimately positive.

Although the third largest cryptocurrency on the market has seen some fluctuations in prices yesterday, it has enjoyed a predominantly positive trading session. The highlight of the session was a sharp spike that happened in the afternoon session and allowed Ripple to revisit the value of $ 0.47 for the first time in almost two weeks. The currency reached a maximum intraday of $ 0.470, the highest price level since October 23, before retiring in the last hours of the session. Finally, the day ended at $ 0.462, significantly higher than its initial level of $ 0.455.

Ripple had a strong start to trading today, with its price rising sharply to an intraday high of $ 0.466 in the early hours of the session. However, the coin soon proved unable to keep up and saw an important correction towards the $ 0.46 mark. However, despite seeing frequent price fluctuations, he managed to defend the $ 0.46 mark and eventually stabilized around yesterday's closing level. At the time of writing, Ripple's price was around the $ 0.465 mark, according to the Coinmarketcap digital tracker data.

The Ripple advance on Sunday coincided with a broader upward trend that affected the broader crypto market. Most major digital currencies have seen solid gains in the last 24 hours, with some like Bitcoin (BTC), having noticed sharp peaks. In the meantime, Bitcoin's biggest circulation, Bitcoin Cash (BCH), rose by more than 22.4% yesterday thanks to slower but much more constant progress.

In today's trading, Ripple's price was $ 0.466, starting at 2.588 BST. The digital currency has gained just over 2% in the last 24 hours.
