The Arab states do not seriously intend to implement what they decide and not to count on the summits

The former Foreign Minister, Adnan Mansour, stressed that the Arab countries are not serious about putting into practice what they decide and the evidence that since 1946, the first Arab summit to date, the Arab League has held the 41 summit.

"We do not rely too much on the top because the tests have shown that they have not given the results that the Arabs want, and the countries, when they do not have their sovereign decision, can not get anything and there are Arab countries dictated by decisions from abroad "he said.
