Publisher Ubisoft has announced what content the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Season Pass will receive and what the seasons will be about.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is available in stores yesterday. A lot of new content for the adventure game will appear in the coming months. So every buyer of a license, namely the game, gets Season 1 in December 2020. In addition to new skills, new weapons and equipment, it also includes a new settlement area, which gives you the opportunity to expand your settlement. Also, you can experience the Viking Festival called Yule Festival and there will be forays on the river. Additionally, Jomswikings can reach different levels. This way, players can involve friends and community members for their team.

The Season Pass follows the Beowulf legend and accompanies players on their travels

In addition to this free Season 1, which runs from December to February, there is also content included in the paid Season Pass. The Season Pass is available in the Gold, Ultimate and Collector’s editions of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla at no additional cost, but can also be purchased individually. A first piece of new content is the “The Legend of Beowulf” mission, in which players should discover the truth behind the Legend of Beowulf. Beowulf is probably the most important surviving single work in the Anglo-Saxon language and refers to two fights of the eponymous hero.

Two extensions will follow in the next year. In “The Wrath of the Druids” the player will travel to Ireland to discover the secrets of a Druid cult. The first add-on will appear in the spring of 2021, while the player will then travel to Paris in the summer. This is the siege of Paris, with the protagonists infiltrating Paris and the Seine to preserve the future of their community. How good is Assassin’s Creed Valhalla already entertained today, shows the test overview. The Viking game is now available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, PC and Playstation 4. The PS5 version will follow later in November and, in addition to support for UHD with 60 fps as with Xbox Series X, also support for Sony’s proprietary Tempest 3D sound engine. Ubisoft has already announced that it will use Microsoft’s Smart Delivery, so that buyers of the Xbox One version can get a free upgrade to Xbox Series X.
