Arreaza: "President Moreno instigated a fascist persecution against Venezuelans in Ecuador"
The chancellor of the Republic, Jorge Arreaza, has indicated the president of Ecuador, Lenin Moreno, and his government to incite "a fascist persecution against the Venezuelans in Ecuador", this Sunday, 20 January.
Through his Twitter account, @jaarreaza, the minister said: "President Lenin Moreno and his government have instigated a fascist persecution against the Venezuelans in Ecuador, we hold them responsible for the security and integrity of our compatriots. of thousands of Ecuadorians and have never been discriminated against ".
Arreaza's statements come after the Ecuadorian president reported that "the brigades to control the legal situation" of Venezuelan migrants in this country, after the murder of a pregnant woman by a Venezuelan.
"I organized the immediate formation of brigades to monitor the legal situation of Venezuelan immigrants on the streets, in the workplace and on the border," President Lenin Moreno told his Twitter @ Lenin account.
In the tweet, Moreno added that they analyzed "the possibility of creating a special permit to enter the country".
About midnight Saturday in Ibarra, a Venezuelan murdered to stab wounds to an Ecuadorian pregnant woman when she was surrounded by the police who pointed him with her arms and who did not act to avoid crime in the middle of the street.
