According to the decision, the Minister of Health and Population takes what is necessary to complete the procedures for the transfer of employees of the specified assets to the Public Health Authority, with the same degrees of work and all the work performances, enjoyed on the spot. at a minimum, in coordination with both the Ministry of Finance and the Central Agency for Organization and Administration within Two months from the date of this decision.
Furthermore, the Minister will provide for the transfer of employees of the provenance indicated by the occupants of the jobs associated with the activity of the General Authority for Global Health Insurance, with the same degrees of work and all the work services enjoyed at least on the workplace, in coordination with both the Ministry of Finance and the Central Agency for Organization and Administration, within two months from the date of this decision.
