Kasselman appointed regional president of the real estate blockchain network, FIBREE

The leading international network of knowledge exchange between real estate, IT and blockchain technology, FIBREE, is expanding in the United States and South America in January 2019. Newmark Knight Frank Executive Director (NKF) Geoffrey Kasselman , SIOR, LEED AP, in the company's Chicago office, has been named Chicago's regional president for the organization.

FIBREE, based in Amsterdam, is a non-profit organization that aims to be an essential global voice and the best international network to facilitate the knowledge and exchange of blockchain between the real estate and IT sectors where the blockchain technology. Expanding the successful and decentralized meet-up network around the world, FIBREE will also improve the exchange between different local hubs and intensify the exchange between companies, startups, technology companies and related experts.

Since its recent foundation in July 2018, FIBREE is already active in eight European countries (Austria, Croatia, Georgia, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Slovenia), three Asian countries (India, Israel and Taiwan) and Australia, with a active network of over 2,000 blockchain and real estate enthusiasts.
