Dystopia: Contest of Heroes is one of the newest online strategy games that can become a global hit. Surprisingly, it will only be available on Huawei terminals, at least for a while.

Beetroot Lab is the company behind the upcoming Dystopia: Contest of Heroes, a video game that will go down in history as the first to integrate famed UFC fighter Conor McGregor, in digital format. Thanks to a partnership with Huawei, at least for a while, you won’t find it on the Apple AppStore or the Google Play Store. Instead, it has already appeared in the Huawei AppGallery. In other words, you need a Huawei smartphone to play it.

It’s a free-to-play strategy multiplayer game, with high-quality color graphics and a set of 3D heroes that you can customize depending on how patient you are. Their abilities are also controlled by the player. The action takes place in a dystopian New York in 2065. Players must build an empire by occupying districts or neighborhoods by collecting sci-fi themed equipment. At the same time, they have to manage raids on other players and build social alliances with virtual friends.

We’ve been working on it for three years, and Conor McGregor’s face has been associated with initiatives from the start. In addition to his presence in a cover image, McGregor will host an annual in-game event featuring players from around the world.

In terms of technical details, shortly after the game was launched as a test in New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the Nordic countries, with a controlled promotion grade, Dystopia achieved a 7% D28 score. In other words, 7% of users who installed the game continued to play it after 28 days and conversion to paid users was around 3.2% in Tier 2 markets and nearly 5% in Tier 2 markets. Level 1.

If you have a Huawei phone, you can download Dystopia: Contest of Heroes from this address. As an Android user, you can download it here, starting September 25th.
