Bittrex to add Fiat support for Ethereum Classic (ETC) and XRP

Bittrex presents plan to add ETC / USD and XRP / USD exchange pairs

On Wednesday, Bittrex, one of the major cryptosphere platforms, announced it would "take out more USD (trading pairs)". This news comes after the exchange move to start offering legal support, which many community members saw as a long time coming for such an influential exchange.

The Seattle startup added that this recent announcement was in line with its so-called "phased approach" to fiat support, while Bittrex adds more markets (trading pairs) and customers over time rather than all at once, which can help reduce stress on employees and Bittrex systems.

Explaining the reasoning behind the addition of USD Markets, the Bittrex communications team wrote:

"We will continue to add tokens to our USD markets by offering our customers even more convenient, fast and safe trading options and access to some parts of the world "are more innovative blockchain projects. "

In addition, it has been added that the Bittrex team considers this as a step towards the growing adoption and acceptance of blockchain technologies worldwide.

In the aforementioned post, it was added that Bittrex will add the Ethereum Classic and XRP support by 20 August, with these two additions joining the company's exclusive lineup of four other fiat-supported encrypts, which are BTC, ETH, USDT and TUSD.

With this move, Bittrex will become one of the first trade to support a USD / XRP pair, which many consider an ambitious move, since it remains to be seen if XRP is classified as a security by the US regulatory bodies.

For now, not all users will be able to purchase these encrypted with fiat, since Bittrex has only enabled this new feature for customers "who reside in eligible states and qualified international regions" and who hold the prerequisites required document isites. Bittrex currently has a daily volume of about $ 80 million, which is by no means a figure to be imitated.

Ethereum Classic Proponents Rallegra

While the market does not seem too healthy, the cases of positive news surrounding Ethereum The classic remains at historical highs. More on Coinbase to list ETC, today it arrived with Coinbase Pro due to the successful launch of the ETC-USD order backlog, with full trading capabilities now available for the expansive platform base of the platform.

While Ethereum Classic is reporting a loss of 13% today, many investors see the above news as bullish signs in the long run, as the implementation of this asset on some of the world's most important platforms will only make increase adoption and use in the real world in the near future.
