Jameson Lopp – an encrypted figure of industry and self-proclaimed professional cypherpunk – described Bitcoin (BTC) as the first step towards a broader transition to an anarcho-capitalist society. Lopp's comments were made in an interview with Podcast Stephan Livera, released on December 29th.

According to Lopp, Bitcoin is an experiment that – if successful – could make the transition to an anarcho-capitalist society possible:

"I think Bitcoin is a very interesting experiment that, if in the long run it will succeed, could not only revolutionize money, but also revolutionize the way we think about governance".

Lopp also explains that a "more autonomous, anarcho-capitalist society" could be developed if the services currently provided by centralized third parties – such as governments – were provided by "software agents that can begin to replace government functions", continues:

"The first step I think is Bitcoin, and if that's enough, then we can start talking about the next step."

The recently deceased co-founder of cypherpunk, Timothy May described in his "Manifesto of Crypto Anarchist" how the use of cryptography will allow the creation of a system in which people will be able to interact directly, without the 39; influence of governments.

As Cointelegraph reported earlier this month, May had criticized the contemporary cryptic industry until October, stating that "regulatory" attempts "will likely kill the main uses of cryptocurrencies, which DO NOT they are just "another form of PayPal or Visa". & # 39; "

During this week's interview, Lopp also stated that "one thing that people do not seem to invest in what they should be doing is education." He encouraged investors to "do your research" and also claimed that developers "must train user training in software and in real hardware", such as cryptographic portfolios.

Major Cryptocurrency Exchange Coinbase has recently launched a program that aims to educate users on cryptocurrency while earning crypto, nicknamed "Coinbase Earn." At launch, the program is by invitation only and focused on the Ethereum token 0x (ZRX).
