After announcing it on November 12, the South Korean manufacturer Samsung continues to promote its latest mid-range phone processor, the Exynos 1080 5G. And as the name suggests, this is a SOC that will support next generation networks, 5G.

Is that Samsung has launched a new promotional video that details some of the best features of this new Chip that will soon appear on different smartphones.

Exynos 1080 5G is again promoted by Samsung

For those unfamiliar with Exynos 1080 5G, it is a SOC that has an Octa-Core processor and Mali-G78 GPU and support for LPDDR5 memory. Its processor has four Cortex-A78 cores and the other 4 are Cortex-A55 cores. The video we see above focuses on explaining more about the features supported by the chipset, such as HDR10 + in 4K UHD and 144Hz support in FullHD + resolutions.

The chipset also supports mobile photography via AI and can handle sensors up to 200 megapixels. The integrated 5G modem is capable of reaching maximum speeds of 5.1 Gbps. The video doesn’t reveal anything new or groundbreaking about the upcoming 5nm solution, but the message here is that the Exynos 1080 is so fast it makes your phone fly, figuratively, of course.
