In the second quarter of the year, the number of paid jobs for young people aged 30 and younger decreased by 164,000 from a year ago.
The decline in youth jobs is analyzed as the main reason for the decline in jobs in industries with a high market share between the ages of 20 and 30, such as manufacturing, housing and restaurants in the aftermath of Corona 19.
However, the National Bureau of Statistics explained that total wage jobs increased 211,000 jobs from a year ago as jobs increased, mostly among the 50-year-olds.
